Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Gen-AI Content Reviewers
- Develop and implement content review guidelines and processes
- Review and approve content review decisions made by the team
- Forward approved content review decisions to respective teams for implementation
- Collaborate with the Gen-AI development team to implement corrections and improvements
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant policies, regulations, and cultural norms
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in AI ethics and compliance.
 - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of guidelines and best practices for Gen-AI content review.
- Monitor and report on content review metrics and performance.
 - Identify and address any issues or concerns related to content review.
