- Biz Plan to achieve target -> review and approved TM
- Action improvement GAP
- Reporting

2. Ensure Ops. Excellence Standard and call to action in Place (GEA, BEA, RBS & WJ)
- Stock Management -> ensure safety level of stock Gudang dan took, FIFO, expire product, product management (segregation product beetwen food and others)
- Basic Service Step (BSS) Delivery
- Promotional Delivery Execution
- Weekly Report

3. Competency Site Level / Cerrification
- Monitor and checking competecy site level - certification and follow up
