Responsibilities :
The job description is as follows:
? Write product and ticket descriptions, copy, articles, and other types of product content as required
? Ensure product and ticket descriptions are audited and updated regularly
? Translate content from English to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa
? Crop, resize, and lightly-edit product photos as needed
? Contribute to existing language style guides and other content guidelines
? Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas for various types of product content, including for special projects or
experiments
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
? At least 1 year of experience as a content writer, content operations specialist, copywriter, social media specialist, journalist, or any related role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
? Excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia—with a strong portfolio to prove it
? Strong attention to detail paired with a genuine passion for language and writing
? Good work ethic, adaptability, and ability to complete multiple tasks with strict deadlines
? SEO knowledge is a plus
