Responsibilities :

Job Description
1. Support in-store selling activities to drive Accessories product sales.
2. Ensure product displays, planograms, and promotional materials are implemented according to guidelines.
3. Provide training and product knowledge to store teams, including program implementation and awareness
4. Conduct regular store visit within the assigned coverage area
5. Perform competitor benchmarking and market observation
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, or Training.
3. Experience in conducting training and coaching is highly preferred.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
