Responsibilities :

  1. Kualifikasi:

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Campaign Management, CRM, Digital Marketing, Growth, or Telecommunications.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

- Experience in the telecommunications industry and customer lifecycle management is an advantage.

 

  1. Spesifikasi Umum/Khusus:

- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and digital campaign optimization.

- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across owned digital channels, including Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Banners, etc.

- Strong knowledge of key digital business metrics such as Revenue, Conversion Rate, CTR. etc

- Experience with A/B testing, campaign experimentation, and performance optimization.

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, will be considered an added advantage.

 

  1. Detail Jobdesc:

-Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end monetization and engagement campaigns within the myIM3 application.

- Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.

- Monitor daily campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven optimization initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with Product, CVM, Commercial, Data Analytics, Creative, and Technology teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

- Conduct campaign analysis, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

- Manage campaign calendars, priorities, and execution timelines to ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
