8. Cepat respon & target oriented

Job Desc
1. Hunter: cari customer baru & opening market
2. Hunter: meningkatkan sampling & new client
3. Farmer: maintain repeat order
4. Farmer: upselling product
5. Handle relationship buyer/factory
6. Monitoring project dari sampling sampai bulk production
