Responsibilities :

Job Summary:
Drive end-to-end quality assurance of telecom products by ensuring performance, user experience, and digital discoverability across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain simple web-based tools or dashboards to support testing activities, reporting, and monitoring product performance.
• Manage and optimize digital testing touchpoints (Web, App, Chatbot, WhatsApp, IVR, Care Portal) to ensure seamless customer experience across channels. Perform basic debugging and troubleshooting on web-based platforms (frontend/backend) to identify root causes of issues.
• Validate SEO fundamentals on web-based products, including page performance, metadata, structured data, and mobile responsiveness. Ensure telecom digital assets (e.g., landing pages, product pages) are optimized for search engine visibility and accessibility.
• Perform functional, usability, performance, and security testing of telecom products across different platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and network engineers to understand requirements and design test plans.
• Track, analyze, and report product defects and issues using bug-tracking tools, and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Conduct tests to ensure that new features or updates do not negatively impact existing product functionality. Including mobile networks, data pack, apps, VAS, and HiFi Air, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
• Assist in product launches by validating final builds and conducting post-launch testing to identify any hidden issues.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide insights from a user perspective.
• Work with automation tools to enhance the efficiency and coverage of tests, where applicable.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of how web applications work.
• Understanding of customer journey and digital experience across multiple channels. Understanding of IM3 and 3ID product and services.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand complex product requirements and identify potential areas of failure.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting test results and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
