Responsibilities :
Deskripsi pekerjaan Agent:
- Menangani inbound/outbound call, chat, email, atau social media.
- Memberikan informasi produk/layanan secara akurat.
- Menyelesaikan permasalahan pelanggan sesuai SLA.
- Mencapai target KPI seperti: SLA (Service Level Agreement), FCR (First Call Resolution), AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
- Mendokumentasikan setiap interaksi ke dalam sistem (CRM/ticketing).
- Melakukan eskalasi jika case tidak dapat diselesaikan di level agent.
