Requirements / Qualifications
At least College degree (or equivalent) relating to technical study but Bachelor is preferred (including non-technical study) and experience in call centre is an advantage
Ability to communicate clearly, excellent skills in written, spoken and effectively in the language (Bahasa Indonesia). Good English skill (level B at least). Contact Centre agents must achieve a certified pass mark that has been effectively agreed between Contractor and SEIN for both verbal and written language skills
Ability to read and write proficiently while multi-tasking (actively listening to customers and answering questions)
Basic typing skills on a PC keyboard minimum of 40 words per minute as observed by interviewer. Speed of typing will be assessed
Courteous with strong customer service orientation as evaluated in the interview process
Good listening and responding skills as evaluated in the interview process
Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications and computer usage as demonstrated in the interview process
General hardware and software knowledge
Ability to understand and solve technical problems
Ability to accurately log problems and their resolutions
