Responsibilities :
- Work closely with internal teams to become a subject-matter expert in Traveloka Features, SOPs, systems and tools, and all changes related to customer service
- Provide training needs-analysis to determine customer service skills gaps and knowledge requirements
- Design and develop learning materials and determine appropriate and varied instructional methods to ensure understanding of materials by all types of adult learners
- Educate and advise contact center agents, leads, and QAs on Traveloka Features, SOPs, tools, and relevant service soft skills
- Create safe and engaging training experiences that ensure agents receive practical and effective training
- Recommend corrective actions for individual team members and procedural improvements for all customer service team
Kualifikasi :- Laki-Laki & Perempuan, usia maks 30 tahun
- Pendidikan D3/S1, IPK min 2.75 (diutamakan jurusan pariwisata, perhotelan, atau bidang terkait)
- Bisa berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Inggris (Good in speaking/conversation & writing is a must)
- Minimal memilikin pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai trainer di industri perjalanan/pariwisata dan layanan pelanggan
- Familiar dengan produk Penerbangan/maskapai penerbangan dan lainnya, serta mampu menangani sistem GDS penerbangan (Sabre, Galileo, dan Amadeus) dengan pengalaman 6 bulan atau sertifikasi yang relevan
- Memiliki tingkat ketelitian dan fokus yang tinggi
- Memiliki analisa yang baik dan customer oriented
- Tidak baperan & mempunyai stress management yang bagus
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Semarang
