Responsibilities :

1. Menjawab dan menangani customer dengan chat interaktif sesuai dengan SOP, SLA dan Knowledgebase
2. Menjawab dan menangani customer dengan memberikan solusi dan penjelasan sesuai dengan Knowledgebase, SOP dan SLA
3. Menangani, menarik data ataupun melakukan eskalasi email dengan level 2 menggunakan SOP dan SLA
4. Menangani inbound call, email dan live chat

• At least minimum education Bachelor Degree
• Maximum age 30 years old.
• Have a effective communication skills.
• Have a good problem analysis skills.
• Have experience in customer service area at least 2 year.
• Preferably have experience handling complaints via live chat, email, inbound call.
• Comfortable with dynamic work environment.
• Able to work with shift schedule.
• Comfortable working as a team work and easy to adapt.
• Have a strong passion in the area of services.
• Tech Savvy
