Responsibilities :

- Business Administration / Management / Marketing/ Telecommunications / Information Technology / Computer Science with min GPA 3.0
- Additional certifications preferred (not mandatory): Channel or Partner Management Certification (e.g., Cisco Channel Partner Program, Microsoft Partner Network fundamentals), Sales methodology certification (e.g., SPIN Selling, Solution Selling)
- Strong understanding of Telco/ICT Product Knowledge
- Minimum 4 years of experience in channel management, business development, or partner sales, preferably in Telco or ICT industries.
- Proven track record in managing distributor or reseller relationships is highly preferred.
- Exposure to technical product consultation or pre-sales activities is an advantage
- Familiarity with partner incentive programs, acquisition strategies, and go-to-market planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for partner and end-customer engagements.
- Analytical skills for performance tracking and market insight generation.
- Relationship-building and networking skills to foster long-term partnerships.
- Microsoft Office in general (Excel, Power Point)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving results
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
