Responsibilities :

* Design, develop, test, and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of web applications using a variety of technologies.
* Develop and maintain server-side components ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
* Architect the backend to be scalable so that it can handle increased traffic and data over time. Implement horizontal scaling strategies as needed.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science
• Proficiency in either Ruby on Rails or Laravel, experience building web applications and RESTful API with these frameworks and be comfortable using the various libraries and tools available.
• Experience with background processing job • Knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. • Experience with database design and management, including schema design, SQL, and ORMs like ActiveRecord and Eloquent. They should be able to optimize database performance and write efficient queries.
• Experience with testing and debugging web applications. familiar with testing frameworks like RSpec or PHPUnit and be able to write unit tests and integration tests.
 • Knowledge of security best practices: able to implement measures to protect web applications from common vulnerabilities like cross-site scripting and SQL injection.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: Able to work with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with CICD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues in systems.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience as backend / fullstack developer
