Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Analyse customer data to identify customer behaviour and engagement from several data source
2. Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize customer lifecycle and CRM.
3. Create, maintain, and update Loyalty Program dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals.
Requirements:
1. Strong ability in data analyse and insight generation
2. Proficiency in SQL/Excel and Python/R
3. Experience with Power BI or similar platform for data visualization
4. Have a minimum experience of 1-2 year in related fields
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data
6. Ability to present findings
7. Ensures data accuracy and addresses discrepancies proactively
8. A strong business acumen and communication skill; able to effectively deliver presentation
