Responsibilities :

- Male/Female max 30 years old.
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center (SMA +)
- Have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service or call center (D3)
- S1 Fresh Graduated are welcome
- Have a good command of bahasa Indonesia and possess an outstanding
communication skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Good computer skills (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word or open office).
- Able to handle customer queries through phone, chat and email quickly and
efficiently.
- Available to work in shifts.
- Able to work based on target.
- Familiar with marketplace such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli, etc.
- Available to start working immediately in Yogyakarta and BSD
