Responsibilities :

- Indonesian citizen, with ability to speak in Bahasa Indonesia in fluent
- Minimum S1 degree
- Minimum 1 year experience as Operation Manager or 2 years
experience as Senior Supervisor
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & medium English (written & verbal)
Good presentation skill on reporting, familiar with Ms. Office (preferably familiar with Salesforce too)
- Has good analytical skills
- Have good interpersonal skill
- Ability to coach, train, motivate employees, and evaluate their performance
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skill
- Innovative, continuously look for ways to improve existing processes & procedures
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and service
- Have strong knowledge of managing 24/7 contact center and Customer Service
- Willing to work 24/7 (standby 24 hours including weekend) - Able to monitor daily operations
