Responsibilities :

-  Being able to communicate in English is mandatory on the CCU
Phone.

- Min. Diploma 3
- Preferably has experience in call center or customer service
- fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Basic English for Non Phone.
- Able to operate Ms. Office or Google Workspace
- Typing skill with WPM score 40
- Are monitored during operation phase:
? No critical defect in the last 6 months
? Passed the training test (score min 85%)
? Never made any mistakes regarding data sharing and there were no findings
of any fraud (through background checking).
