- Handle any complain or inquiry from customer
- Can be a problem solver for customer
- Handle all channel of Contact Center such as Inbound, Outbound, Whatsapp, Email etc
Qualification :
- Min Bachelor Degree from any Major
- Max 30 y/o
- Wiling to shifting
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Have experienced as contact center agent is a plus
- Have a good communication (oral and writing)
