Responsibilities :

Digital Marketing
- Responsible for Go to Market of MFS Project Initiatives
- Planning MFS digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising (ATL/BTL)
- Maintaining MFS Product social media presence across all digital channels - Measuring and reporting on the MFS Product performance of all digital channels
Performance Marketing
• Consistently and continuously monitoring MFS business and campaign performance
• Advocating, and aligning with business and marketing cross-functional stakeholders
• Create solution based on insight and plan for MFS Product
Marketing Strategy
• Develop marketing strategies and execute winning campaigns across MFS Product marketing channels.
• Formulate communication marketing strategies using marketing technologies to create buyer experiences that drive the client’s upper, middle and bottom funnel success for MFS Products

• Responsible for managing the Fintech campaign traffics from both Internal and external media (paid ads) targeted to end users and retailers also provide campaign setup recommendations, execute, monitor, and optimize the campaign performances as needed. As business owner of the Fintech martech communications stack and implemented and optimized marketing technology solutions, driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Have the knowledge and expertise on the channels that they are managing to deliver the best results based on the objectives.
• Highly proficient in communication and managing stakeholders to remove blockers for the campaigns. And you’ll take the wheel in executing the campaign/journey implementation and development for customer lifecycle programs and communications.
• Working closely with the Fintech VP Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Media Analytic also Data Scientist and Bank Partners you will configure technical implementation of customer lifecycle journeys and tactical communication campaigns through various paid and owned media. You will directly impact the incremental growth of IOH Fintech in the Indonesia market through scalable, personalized, relevant, and contextual communication and increase in the engagement and conversion also funnel improvements.
• Experience in handle digital owned media (CRM), paid digital also is a plus point to have experience in Offline Media Strategy and Campaign, Consumer Analysis, Ads Creative Material Planning, and Implementation, Internal and External Collaboration.
• Internal media budget management. Commitment tracking with media vendors together with the creative agency.
• Keep up to date with media changes and alert the team of potential advantages/new opportunities Monitoring competitive media and spend activity, and delivering key insights, thus ensuring competitive media strategies.
• Support and co-operate with related team to provide media strategy, implementation, and monitoring to meet business objectives.
• Experience to handle Fintech products i.e. lending, e-wallet, savings, credit card


Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in any major preferred Management/Business
4-6 years’ experience in CRM, Data Analyst, Marketing Technology Operation
Experience in CRM (handling owned media)
Deep understanding of the campaign platforms (e.g. in-app, WhatsApp, etc.)
