Minimum Requirements
a. Non-Inbound: Diploma 3 graduated and/or S1 with minimal GPA 2.75
b. Inbound: Diploma 3 graduated from any discipline with minimal GPA 2.5
c. Meet the standard of clear voice, skills of basic computer writing, possess the ability to speak English, understand passive English commands.
d. Good personality & professional appearance.

e. Digital Agent:
- Strong Online Presence – having more than one social media account with positive posts.
- Digital savvy and social mindset -candidates who already use social media to strike up conversations.

f. Recruitment from external: Experiences 1 year in the required position but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
g. Does not have a particularly strong regional dialect (for telephony agent)
h. Passionate to driven individual results.
i. Energetic and motivated, determined to succeed.
j. Familiar in latest Smartphone technologies and Digital savvy.
k. Ready to work on shifts.
l. Capable of being a trainer (for trainer agent).
m. Physically and mentally healthy.
