Responsibilities :
• collects relevant data from various sources, such as data ticket interactions, customer feedback surveys, call logs, chat transcripts, social media interactions, and other customer touchpoints.
• Ensure the data is accurate, complete, and properly organized for analysis
• Analyzes the collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in customer service
• creates regular reports or dashboard that highlight customer service performance, trends, and areas requiring attention.These reports may be presented in written form, dashboards, or presentations
• Support for adhoc request report
