5. Mampu membuat capacity planning dan forecasting
6. Memahami seluruh aktifitas operasional contact center (call, chat, email, sosmed)
7. Mampu menganalisa data dengan sangat baik
8. Proaktif, kreatif, extramile
9. Mampu dan bersedia bekerja secara shifting
