• Good voice quality and clear articulation
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
• Willing to work shifting
• Service oriented to the customer
• Able analysis including handling objection
• Typing Skill
• Good communication and listening skill
• Ability to multi-task (able to type in responses quickly and accurately while actively listening to the person speaking), set priorities and manage time effectively
• Detail oriented person
• Focused attitude for solving customer’s issues quickly and comprehensively
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
