Responsibilities :

Candidate must have at least SMA/Diploma degree all major
Maximum 28 years old
Disability on the legs only (Tunadaksa) so that the function of the hands can still be used properly to do typing or reply complaint ticket
Positive attitude
Detail oriented, customer service oriented
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
Highly motivated, adaptable and able to manage priorities well
Has good emotional control
Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, atleast have experience using e-commerce platform as buyer and seller once
Good communication (writing & speaking)
Have skill of basic computer literate
High commitment to quality, high focus on customers and timely delivery of result and works
Technical Skills
English (passive) and Indonesian
